St Mary's Village Carnival provides an ideal opportunity for business to promote their business and the organisers are keen to help support our local businesses as much as possible.

Here are examples of how the Carnival can help you promote your business and ensure you have a visible presence at the Carnival:

  • Advertise in the Carnival Programme
    • We will need your advertising copy by mid-April
    • Related businesses (e.g. building maintenance) are welcome to combine their advertising as a means of reducing costs
  • Advertise in the arena
    • Provide us with a banner up to 3m long
  • Have a stall at the Carnival
  • Again this involves a bit of effort but you can be face to face with your potential customers
  • MEET YOUR CUSTOMERS AND POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS
  • Take part in the procession
    • This will cost you nothing except a bit of effort
    • Janes provide an ideal example of how to present yourself to the public
  • Donate a prize for our Grand Draw or Silent Auction
    • If we have notification prior to mid-April we will promote your business in the Programme
    • We will ensure we mention your business on Carnival Day at least 4 times
